What are we looking for?

The Environmental Project Manager willsupport the Environmental business by conducting and managing Phase I ESA, Phase II ESAs, IQA, NEPA, and other (potential for Wetlands projects) environmental projects in the Northeast Ohio area.

Shift/Schedule: Typically,Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

What you'll do:


* Perform environmental services including Phase I and II environmental site assessments (ESAs); potential for involvement with Wetlands, Brownfield, and IAQ work


* Assist in site assessments and remediation and field work


* Ability to prepare technical proposal and reports


* Ability to communicate with clients and regulators to keep projects moving and on schedule


* Ability to self-manage and make decisions during all phases of a project


* Ability to manage and control project budgets and build solid relationship with clients

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:


* BS in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field


* 2+ years of proven technical environmental consulting experience


* Strong technical proposal and report writing abilities


* Must be detail-oriented, and a team player with excellent communication, analytical, and organization, as well as time and budget management skills


* Must be computer literate and able to operate most field/office equipment relating to one's discipline


* Valid Driver's License and reliable driving record required


* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
