As a Strategic Solution Consultant, you will create and drive the Roche Consulting strategy by delivering value-driven solutions to the customers we serve.

You will create and demonstrate customer value to foster and support the Roche organization.

This role involves aligning with global stakeholders, Business Affiliate (BA) stakeholders, and North American Roche Diagnostic Corporation (RDC) teams.

You will address diverse and complex issues, requiring in-depth evaluation and judgment.

You may coordinate activities of other employees and network with senior internal and external personnel.

Additionally, you will collaborate with the Roche Consulting team to refine methods and tools to demonstrate the value of Roche solutions and services creatively addressing customer needs.

The position requires an individual with a proven Growth mindset that will impact our strategic organizational goals.  Must have proven agility in a rapidly changing environment and involves collecting customer feedback to improve consulting solutions.

You are also responsible for ensuring the Roche solutions are optimized and performing at the highest possible level.

The Opportunity:


* Provide strategic direction and support to Roche North America Corporate Accounts organization to drive value across the Large Reference Lab business segment.  


* Provide assessments, training, and advice to customers using methodologies like process maps, 5S analysis, and VDM.


* Collaborate with customers to create and adjust our Roche Consulting strategy to enable the customers success.  


* Support peers in assessing customer laboratories and recommending improvements.


* Communicate Roche Consulting's service value through documents, engagements, and marketing materials.


* Offer pre and post-sales support for complex product/application/solution implementation.


* Handle administrative tasks and share best practices to continuously enrich Roche Consulting offerings.


* This is a field based Role covering all of the USA.  

Who You Are:


* Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, healthcare, or related field.
