Co-Packing Design Specialist (m/f/d)

Fixed term until 31.10.2025

This position reports to Copacking Design Supervisor DASHB and is based at Warsaw, Poland.

What You Will Do

The Co-Packaging Design Specialist is responsible for execution of development activities of products (displays, SRPs, Giftsets, et.) delivered to the Customers in DASHB cluster, leading end-to-end product creation & governance process, starting from idea created to products delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Works independently and lead assignments/projects of moderate to high complexity.

Administers product development activities and troubleshoots product issues under compressed timelines, recommending solutions.

• Collaboration with our preferred suppliers and co-packers to develop secondary placements and improve co-packing materials in relation to cost, complexity and sustainability as well as process operational perfection

• New customized product implementation accountability with responsibility for: product master data creation, co-packing materials development, Co-packing specification creation and management, co-packing service and materials cost negotiation and system maintenance, project timeline management

• Data management built within E2E Co-packing process, such as technical specification of co-packing materials, artwork gathering, cutter drawings, etc.

• Take an active part in customized product life cycle management, provide recommendation for product gross profit increase to drive balanced portfolio maintenance

• E2E co-packing process gap analysis and improvement areas identification with focus on identifying, leading and implementing effective and efficient solutions

• Responsibility of trainings for colleagues of other functions to ensure a smooth working process

• Continuous alignment within the cross-functional specialist team

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years' SCH experience preferably within planning, project management, Co-packing or production operations, preferably in FMCG environment highly preferred
