Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 (bonus opportunities)

Responsibilities:


* Lead and oversee the rehabilitation department, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications:


* Current California license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.


* Proven experience in a leadership role within a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting.


* Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.


* Forward-thinking approach with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to balance clinical expertise with business acumen to achieve positive patient and financial outcomes.
