Partnerships & Program Management - Vice President
The Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) is responsible for the development and implementation of the firm's global DEI strategy.
This includes initiatives that strengthen our culture and ensure that DEI is incorporated into the firm's products and services.
JPMorgan Chase is working to drive a diverse and inclusive culture for our employees and our businesses globally, while also providing equitable opportunities for all consumers, business owners and communities to grow and thrive.
The Business Growth and Entrepreneurship (BG&E) pillar, as part of the Office of DEI for JPMC, is responsible for driving impact by advancing underrepresented business owners' access to capital, connections and education through three teams: Traditional Businesses, High-Growth Businesses, and Investors and Executives.

You will also play a role in supporting the development of new and enhanced programs through collaborations with other internal stakeholders including other DEI BG&E sub-teams, Centers of Excellence within DEI, Corporate Responsibility, Global Supplier Diversity, LOBs, and external partners.
