Partnerships & Program Management - Vice President

The Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) is responsible for the development and implementation of the firm's global DEI strategy.

This includes initiatives that strengthen our culture and ensure that DEI is incorporated into the firm's products and services.

The Business Growth and Entrepreneurship (BG&E) pillar, as part of the Office of DEI for JPMC, is responsible for driving impact by advancing underrepresented business owners' access to capital, connections and education through three teams: Traditional Businesses, High-Growth Businesses, and Investors and Executives.

Each of these teams is aligned with lines of business partners and their customer segments.

In this role as a Vice President for the Business Growth and Entrepreneurship (BG&E) pillar within DEI, you will be responsible for managing programs on the High-Growth Businesses team.

This will include understanding the entrepreneurial ecosystem, identifying the distinct needs of underrepresented high-growth founders, building relationships with line of business (LOB) partners and external stakeholders, managing programs that address founders' needs, and tracking outcomes to measure progress and effectiveness.

You will report to the head of the High-Growth Businesses team within the BG&E group, and will oversee program planning, analysis, and implementation.

You will also play a role in supporting the development of new and enhanced programs through collaborations with other internal stakeholders including other DEI BG&E sub-teams, Centers of Excellence within DEI, Corporate Responsibility, Global Supplier Diversity, LOBs, and external partners.

Job Responsibilities


* Manage programs and initiatives that address the needs of underrepresented high-growth founders across different communities.

This includes:
+ Understanding how programs meet the needs of founders (e.g., increased revenue, investor meetings, successful investment raises, etc.), and working with program vendors to ensure those needs are being met
+ Ensuring delivery of programs are on time and on budget, by meeting with all stakeholders regularly
+ Assessing feasibility of expanding existing programs and identifying additional partners who can reach underrepresented high-growth founders
+ Helping the team to develop new, intersectional, and innovative go-to-market strategies and initiatives with meaningful outcomes for our target audience


* Research and understand the needs, pain points, opportunities and landscape of high-growth businesses across different stages, and understand the internal resources available to support them
