This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Job Family Definition:

• Learn about CXL and future fabrics industry standards for impacting servers sat HPE.
• Track and inflence industry trends for CXL and other fabrics.
• Participate/lead the CXL Consortium.
• Drive applicable Proof of Concept and benchmark projects at HPE.

Define use cases and workloads of value for HPE customers.
• Influence system design of future HPE Compute servers accordingly.
• Serve as a trusted SME for customers, Product and Senior Management, Cross-BU technical leaders, and other stakeholders within the company
• Engage with suppliers to influence their long term roadmap to align with HPE priorities.

Education and Experience:•

• BSEE or equivalent minimum
• Minimum 7 years experience in server industry design/architecture
• Experience with server architecture, storage subsystems, and benchmarking.
• Experience with CXL a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with small and large groups, senior management, and external partners.
