This surge in data, coupled with the increasing use of artificial intelligence (AI), has created additional opportunities in our eDiscovery capability.

We are looking for self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative eDiscovery professionals who can manage aspects of the eDiscovery process, from collection to production, in compliance with legal and industry standards and best practices.

You will work closely with our legal team, outside counsel, IT team, vendors, and clients to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of eDiscovery services.

You will also develop and implement eDiscovery strategy, policies, and procedures for the organization, and provide training and guidance to the staff on eDiscovery topics and issues.

Additionally, you will also support the HR and Compliance organizations with internal investigations and work with internal technology owners and counsel to assess the litigation risks of new and emerging technologies.

We are seeking the right individual(s) that will thrive at Koch and enhance our eDiscovery capabilities.

The positions we are looking to fill could be any of these eDiscovery roles including: attorney, program manager, paralegal, analyst, specialist, technology manager - our primary focus is on finding the right talent, not just a specific title.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Experience in an eDiscovery role


* Proficiency in using various eDiscovery tools and platforms, such as Disco, RelOne and Reveal.


* T echnical experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or forensics including experience with MSFT Purview (Security and Compliance Center) .


* S trong knowledge of eDiscovery processes, workflows and methodologies, such as EDRM, ESI, and FRCP .


* Proficiency with legal hold tools like Exterro and DISCO(Hold360) .


* Experience with forensic mobility tools like Oxygen and Cellebrite.

What Will Put You Ahead


* 10 years experience in an eDiscovery role.


* Experience in law firm or corporate legal department.


* Basic Powershell experience


* Experience in a global corporate legal department.


* Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
