RN Data Analyst – UW Organ and Tissue Donation

Work Schedule :

100% FTE, day shift.

Monday through Friday within normal business hours.

Some evening community outreach events and/or flexible support off hours are required.

We are seeking an RN Data Analyst to:


* Join the UW Organ and Tissue Donation team and support a talented multi-disciplinary team of experts who serve deceased organ and tissue donors and their families throughout Wisconsin and beyond.


* Abstract, audit, and review clinical data to drive improvement opportunities and work with Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Specialists to advance projects and workgroups.


* Identify, review, and present quality assurance measures and organization data metrics to internal and external stakeholders.


* Assure accurate data submissions and organization-wide regulatory compliance through policies and procedure improvements.

Education


* Graduate from a school of nursing with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Required

Work Experience


* 2 years relevant experience Required


* 2 years experience working transplant, organ donation, critical care, data/quality, or health informatics Preferred

Licenses and Certifications


* Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
