RN Clinic Manager - Annual Wellness Program

Work Schedule :

This is a full-time position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Applicants hired into this position can work hybrid from WI or IL.

We are seeking an RN Clinic Manager - Annual Wellness Program to:


* Launch our Annual Wellness Program


* Lead a team of 10 nurses who will assist patients in completing health risk assessments for wellness visits


* Assist in creating a personalized prevention plan

Qualifications



* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required


* Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field Preferred

Work Experience



* 2 years healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience Required


* 5 years progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience Preferred


* Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Required


* Applicable clinical certification Preferred
