Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing project scope, coordinating functional and technical resources, and collaborating with multiple departments including Sales, Professional Services, and Support.

What your impact will be:

Program and Project Management:


* Program management, involvement with multiple projects, and project management office duties.


* Define goals and objectives for project success, including detailed plans for implementations and communication of progress towards defined goals and objectives.


* Monitor, track, and control project outcomes and team performance, with a strong focus on project KPI tracking.

Communication and Collaboration:


* Communicate progress and issues to senior management and across the organization.


* Proactively foster and build channels of communication across business units to ensure collaboration and achievement of organizational objectives.


* Manage the required cooperation with other teams: commercial, technical, and support teams.

Mentoring and Coaching:


* Mentor and coach junior project managers and other team leads.

Process Improvement:


* Define and implement best practices, process improvements, and tools to drive implementation team success.


* Identify opportunities for enhancement and improvement of the implementation processes.


* Contribute to company objectives of enhancing value brought to customers, service offerings, company expertise, and delivery processes.

Knowledge Sharing:


* Support global knowledge program and stimulate cross-team knowledge sharing.

What we are looking for:


* Must have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with related experience in project management, planning, and tracking


* Experience with and understanding of the full project or product lifecycle


* Knowledge of project management tools and software packages
