Role Description

At TEKsystems, marketing is about understanding the customer — and building awareness about how our services can satisfy their needs.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and versatile marketer who is hungry and motivated to help us advance our overall marketing efforts.

You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

 

Our ideal candidate is a competent professional able to grasp customer behavior and market trends and generate creative ideas.

He/she will research and analyze market trends to develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels, providing advice as to how to best reach the target market. The right candidate is versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.

He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:
• Obtain a thorough understanding of our products, internal standards, and differentiators to advance strategies aimed at increasing effective communications and brand awareness.
• At the direction of the research manager; partner with internal stakeholders and thought leaders to develop data-driven narratives that articulate the company’s point of view and showcase the perspective of our thought leaders.
• Conduct research on various topics and facilitate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with creative and digital teams to develop and create data-driven narratives; including white paper style publications and digital experiences.
• Contribute to all stages of primary research projects (i.e., data queries, questionnaire development, survey administration and data analysis) with direction from research manager.
• Track performance and provide reporting of research led programs using Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to implement and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to analyzing and reporting on the performance and efficiency of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, research/analytics, or related field
