About You

As Trade Marketing Manager you will be part of the team in the Jeddah Office and in charge of planning, overseeing, optimizing and coordinating how we go the trade through overseeing two commercial transformation levers, namely In-Market Execution ‘IME’ & Revenue Growth Management RGM.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


* Integrate RGM Levers/initiatives into the quarter financial forecast process.


* Define & mobilize Country/Channel/Customer Pricing & Promotion Policy to realize Brand Pricing Strategy.


* Run various price elasticity diagnostics & make recommendations to optimize pricing strategy.


* Monitor in-market price ladder realization vs strategic indices & course correct where needs be.


* Run periodic price pack architecture ‘PPA’ analysis to identify white pack spaces & recommended adjustments/extensions to unlock revenue growth.


* Review Product/Channel Mix context & evolution & define priority Customers/Channels &/or SKUs to drive intentional Mix improvement.


* Run post-promo ROI analysis against defined cohorts & course correct/rationalize promo spend where needs be.


* Develop & recommend in coordination with Sales Lead Commercial Policy investment framework ‘Terms & Conditionality’ by Channel/Key Customer


* Define, Enable, & Monitor DPSM objectives & drivers by category & channel


* Analyse, monitor, & report Retail Audit by Category & Channel; identify gaps & opportunities & drive insight to execution.
