Apartment Manager

The qualifications preferred are as follows:

- Previous HUD/property management experience
- Marketing, occupancy, tenant relations, and maintenance supervision skills
- Must take front line responsibility for project operations

- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational & strategic planning ability

This is a full-time position.  Range of pay:  $20.00 - $25.00/per hour – based on experience.
