Sales Development Representative

This role is an in-office position at our Scottsdale, AZ office.

As a Sales Development Representative for our real estate financial group, your role will be crucial in generating quality leads, and ultimately turning them into appointments for our Wealth Development team.

Your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities will play a key role in attracting potential investors and clients to our firm. 

 

Essential Functions for this Role:  

 


* Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients and investors to introduce our real estate investment and development firm. 


* Send compelling emails to nurture leads, establish relationships, and schedule appointments. 


* Qualify leads by assessing their needs, interests, and financial capacities to ensure alignment with our investment opportunities. 


* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, prospects, and interactions in our CRM system (such as HubSpot or Outlook). 


* Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and refine lead generation campaigns. 


* Work closely with marketing and sales teams to provide feedback on lead quality, campaigns, and market trends. 


* Other duties as assigned.
