In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 


* Perform regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities.


* Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime.


* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.


* Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety regulations and standards.


* Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventive measures.


* Handle inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.


* Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and schedules.


* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address maintenance needs.


* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.


* Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques and safety protocols.


* Proven experience with OSHA requirements.

For This Role, You Will Need:


* High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical school or certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.


* 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role


* Proven understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.


* Familiarity with HVAC systems and maintenance.


* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.


* Proficiency with CMMS programs and MS Word and Excel.


* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
