What y ou w ill d o

Sales Director is a member of MYSG Leadership team who leads 5 channels and 6 teams to achieve business objectives by developing and driving sales strategies, sales operations, commercial excellence, process improvement, and building high-performing teams .

Key Responsibilities



* Develop and implement strategy for designated key customers to expand demand, improve margin growth and extend strategic partnership.



* Develop mutually beneficial and long-term partnerships with customers, clarify mid to long term customer needs and define and agree to a specification of customer requirements.



* Define and deliver value proposition through the collection of insights from the external market to understand competitors and influencing trends.



* Build an internal network to deliver optimal solutions such as leading collaboration with key stakeholders internally, defining long term strategy and anticipate challenges to ensure effective resolution of issues.



* Persuade and influence customers using tailored storytelling, creating excitement around our role in achieving their strategic objectives .



* Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching, and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions.

You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

What w e a re l ooking f or

Required Qualifications



* 10 years in Sales, Consumer Health or FMCG and 10 years in senior management role.



* Strong commercial experience & acumen, excellent negotiation skills, inspirational, and agile leader



* Local Thai language a distinct advantage ...
