[Job summary]

J&J MedTech Korea is recruiting for a(n) Associate Finance Manager, located in Seoul.


* This position is responsible for reviewing and providing financial and business analysis and supporting the business through generating financial solutions in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, investments, and consolidations.

This position reports to Sr.

Finance manager, J&J MedTech Korea.

[Key responsibilities]



* Reviews activities associated with the annual business planning process and quarterly updates to ensure that BU financial targets are met.


* Provides planning support and financial expertise for business decisions based upon market data and historical trends.


* Establishes analysis and delivers insights that link financial data to organizational strategies.


* Provides training and guidance to BU on finance basics and operation procedures


* Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.


* Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.


* Proactively takes ownership for personal development

[Required Qualifications]


* Education - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting


* Minimum 8 years of total finance professional experience


* Ability to bring clarity to complex business issues and deliver success in handling complex projects & processes in a timely manner...
