The Receiving Operator must demonstrate the ability to comprehend work assigned and work independently.
Focus will be placed on teamwork through participation in cross-training.
Additionally, this individual will participate in team-based activities and will be expected to perform projects as required by the business.
Other tasks will arise and be assigned at the discretion of the department supervisor .
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Understand the departmental layout and process flow.
* Maintain timely ComplianceWire and Summit Trainings.
* Maintain relationships and communication with internal and external customers to support all customer needs.
* Participate in team-based activities.
* Cross-training
* Perform systemic transactions in SAP/BTB.
* Communicate challenges to the group lead and/or supervisor.
* A minimum of a High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
* Proven capability to work independently, expertly navigate complex situations, take full responsibility for deliverables, and effectively showcase collaborative abilities.
* Ability to act decisively and manage risks with limited information.
* Ability to properly manage and handle confidential and critical information is required.
* Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles (PIVs).
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the company.
* Ability to confidently utilize and comprehend SOPs is required.
* Work experience in FDA or GMP-regulated environment...
