Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Abiomed, is recruiting for a Surgical Advanced Clinical Trainer EMEA.

The Surgical Advanced Clinical Trainer (w/m/d) will be responsible for designing, implementing and conducting comprehensive advanced training programs on our existing and future product portfolio, product enhancements and new indications with a focus, but not limited to surgical products and indications.

They are the surgical subject matter expert for our international clinical field teams and customers, providing on-site during cases in OR and/or Cathlab, and participating in customer events such as conferences and educational events throughout EMEA.

The right candidate will consistently demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

They will work directly with the Manager, Advanced Clinical and Innovation Training, and the local field team to assess educational needs, develop training plans, implement training initiatives specific to, but not limited to, surgical products.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to achieve the shared goal of continuously improve patient outcomes, drive therapy adoption and enhancing clinical best practices.

Additionally, the trainer will update and develop training content to support both internal clinical teams and external healthcare professionals.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
