At GATT-technologies, a Johnson & Johnson Company, we are currently seeking Process Technicians to join our Manufacturing department in Nijmegen, Nederland.
You will play a crucial role in the flawless execution of our manufacturing process, ensuring the production output of a Class III Medical Device.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Technician, key responsibilities will include:
* Production of a Class III Medical Device under ISO 13485 following SOPs, Work instructions and forms Routine Equipment Maintenance,
* Contributes to projects relating to process improvement including cycle-time, yield development, process validation, etc.
* Contribution to targets related to Safety, Quality, Compliance and Continuous improvement.
* Collaborating with your team and engineering teams to root cause and problem solve issues.
* Supporting planned and unplanned downtime on the line to ensure a speedy return to production.
* Using your own initiative to make vital adjustments and modifications to improve output.
* Using inputs and outputs in our SAP system.
* Maintaining and cleaning the cleanroom environment to ensure adherence to strict quality standards.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Education:
MBO with 3-5 years of meaningful experience OR HBO (BSc) with at least 2 years of meaningful experience.
Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Experience and Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following experience and skills:
Required:
* Experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field is preferred (ISO13485).
* Demonstrated interest, energy, and motivation to work in a fast-moving but regulated manufacturing environment.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
* Hands-on and can-do mentality and skills, showing a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred:
While not required, the following skills and experience would be advantageous:
* Experience with ERP systems, including SAP, to effectively navigate and make use of production-related data.
