Job Description:

HPE is looking for a Senior Software Engineering & Test Technical Manager with a solid understanding of complex, large scale systems and experience as a technical leader.

Responsibilities:


* As a member of the System Integration Engineering Team, team members are responsible for driving the integration, delivery and validation of all components of the High Performance Compute (HPC) system stack - including compute, storage, network, hardware, and software, in varied configurations.


* You will be on the front lines of ensuring that the system solutions fulfill and exceed our customer's demanding requirements for scale, performance, usability, reliability, and manageability.

Education & Experience Required:


* Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent


* 10+ years of experience in delivery enterprise or at-scale software


* Experience leading or managing software development teams


* Strong written and verbal communication skills ability to work successfully in a team environment


* Experience in overall architecture of software systems for products and solutions.


* Experience in testing system solutions.


* Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment


* Ability to understand and embrace forms and processes for automated software delivery
