Housekeeper Lead (Crisis Stabilization)

There is a place for you at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health!Highland Rivers provides treatment and recovery services to individuals impacted by mental illness; substance use disorders and intellectual developmental disabilities.Job Summary: The Housekeeper Lead supervises a team of Housekeepers who are responsible for the general day to day cleaning and sanitizing of the Crisis Stabilization Unit.

Are you ready to make a Difference?Job Duties and Responsibilities:


* Supervises a team of Housekeepers providing training and administrative supervision which is documented in the Kronos system.


* Responsible for daily cleaning of unit.



* Will complete 1 special cleaning project per week i.e, buffing/waxing floors, washing down walls, cleaning bathrooms floors, in addition to regular cleaning



* Will help with light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs / ceiling tiles as needed which includes climbing a ladder.


* Will complete housekeeping check-off list daily and turn in to Management.


* Will report to the unit manager/director any repairs needed to building as seen while cleaning which may include any equipment as well.


* Will order supplies as needed, making sure not to over stock and keep within the budget.


* Other duties as assigned.
