CORP H&W/MANAGER CLINICAL OPERATIONS

Oversee the execution and operations of clinical services and programs.

Serve as the subject matter expert on all clinical pharmacy applications.

Build company-wide alignment for clinical programs.

Drive operational excellence in clinical programs in order to exceed quality measures and demonstrate industry-leading results.

Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree pharmacy degree
- Ability to use appropriate methods and a flexible, interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team and facilitate the completion of team goals
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly express thoughts to others and exchange information
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high change environment
- Escalate issues appropriately and drive them to resolution
- Obtain Six Sigma Greenbelt in two years
- Able to prioritize and assign work according to business priority strategies
- Strong project management skills
- Experience developing and implementing business process change
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others; establish and maintain good working relationships

- Understand the functional and technical aspects of clinical and pharmacy applications and how they support clinical programs
- Design technology enhancements to improve clinical pharmacy operations and communicate detailed business requirements to Technology developers
- Drive compliance of centralized clinical operations with state/federal pharmacy and telemarketing laws
- Develop measurement strategy for evaluation of clinical programs and quality improvement activities and implement and evaluate continuous improvement processes
- Maintain and enhance relationships with multiple outside clinical service vendors
- Participate in the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs and other pharmacy technology organizations; advocate for the standardization of documentation/billing of clinical services and shared electronic medical data
- Collaborate with KTV and divisions to create clinical program communications
- Gather and communicate industry insight on new technologies that will advance the practice of pharmacy
- Work with division leadership to identify clinical operation needs and design solutions and system/software enhancements to meet those needs
- Provide legal and regulatory research on a state-by-state basis
- Provide a clinical opinion on what pharmacists should tell patients about prescriptions
