Senior Business Analyst- Logistics & Transportation

Are you ready for an exhilarating role within the Titan Transformation program at Schneider Electric? We're seeking a dynamic Senior Logistics/Transportation Business Analyst to spearhead the deployment of SAP across our North America plants.

What will you do?


* Lead the identification of Logistics/Transportation business requirements and develop customer story backlog for SAP


* Act as a Change Agent, facilitating resolution of issues between legacy and future state ERP systems


* Ensure transfer of SAP knowledge to key users, data owners, and local management teams


* Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and capture user feedback


* Drive continuous process improvement efforts through research, data analysis, and problem-solving


* Lead business requirement gathering to deliver substantial business value


* Act as a business representative for the program, with an in-depth understanding of current Logistics/Transportation processes and systems

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


* Strong data analysis skills and system experience with SAP TM, TMS, Manhattan WMS, GTS


* Change management and communication skills


* Leadership and management skills


* Ability to balance a workload while working on multiple priorities


* Aptitude in learning and working in new IT systems

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration preferred


* 3-5 years of work experience in logistics, shipping, transportation


* Knowledge of outbound shipping processes for manufacturing plants and distribution centers


* Experience with ETO/CTO/MTO/MTS Shipping Flows
