Must have a broad knowledge of metal manufacturing processes and principles.

Good project management and problem-solving skills required.

Able to use analytical, statistical and project management software.

Knowledge of fastener manufacturing and experience with high volume, high mix manufacturing environment is preferred.

Understanding of Capital Expenditures, investment decision parameters, asset utilization, management and financial impact is a must.

Expertise in developing, integrating and launching automated manufacturing solutions is desired.
