Junior Supply Planning Analyst (m/f/d)

As a part of the Global Planning team, you will support the Supply Network planning and inventory optimization processes.

You will be responsible for the replenishment of Finish Products from our Manufacturing Facilities to our Primary Center of Distribution.

What you will be doing:

You will need to drive efficiently our STEM and S&OP Processes by Proactively calling out Supply Gaps and providing key information to our E2E Planning Teams.

This incumbent assumes a proactive behavior, the ability to synthesize complicated information into a simplistic problem statement and a good overall understanding of Supply Chain.

As a team we are bringing to our Distribution Centers more than 30Mio Pieces Per Year and supporting Surgeries all around the world.

* Run Weekly Reporting to Support STEM & S&Op Discussions.


* Supervise and Monitor your key Sites performance Metrics.


* Drive STEM 2 Discussion with a Various Range of Stakeholders.


* Proactively Understand and Translate a Supply information in an Associated Supply Plan.


* Understand Long Term Supply Constraints using Monthly S&Op Cadence.


* Build Supply Network Planning Maturity via Workstream Project Contributions.

We would love to hear from you, if you have the following essential requirements:


* 0-3 Year(s) of related business Experience.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.


* Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.


* Ability to multitask.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


* A Minimun of a Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred:


* Knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI.


* Exposure to ERP Systems (Mainly SAP).


* Experience with advanced planning tools (OMP, Kinaxis, or APO).


* Education / Past Professional Experience in Supply Chain Management.


* English (required), German / French is a plus.


* Travel will be occasional, to visit Manufacturing Sites.


* APICS, Green Belt, and Project Management Certification would be an asset.
