We are looking for an Operational Insights (OI) Lead to join the Integrated Clinical Operation Analytics team.
Join us if you are independent and self-motivated individual willing to work with a diverse team that enables industry-leading analytics and insights, focusing on delivering value for R&D and adoption of data analytics and reporting strategy.
Principal Responsibilities:
* Translate analytical reporting and insight business requirement into executable projects and ensure key strategic projects are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost, and quality.
This may include developing of quick prototypes using different Viz solutions (i.e., Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau).
* Drive cross-functional alignment ensuring timelines and resources are optimized to improve value provided.
* Lead and/or prioritize multiple projects that facilitates gaining deep insight to operation data for relevant business partners in GD and clinical therapeutic areas.
* Mentor interns as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Computer Science is required.
* Expert in developing BI reports and insights in e.g., Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau.
* 4-year experience in using clinical and/or operational data to translate business questions into useful information.
* In depth understanding or clinical trial operational business requirements, source systems and business processes.
* Previous experience of handling individuals and diverse teams.
* Master's degree in project management or continuous improvement certification is preferred.
