Job Description:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES:


* Manage a large volume of inbound calls, and emails, with efficiency.


* Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences.


* Accurately enter and process orders in a timely manner using company software.


* Ability to look up part numbers using online catalogs.


* Assists customers with order placement and issue resolution.


* Track orders, shipments, and process returned goods requests.


* Provide feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns.


* Diligently follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve open issues.


* Adhere to company policy by exceeding customer expectations.


* Supporting continuous improvement activities.


* Adhere to quality policy by exceeding customer expectations.


* Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.


* Cross communicates with other departments in Morgan Olson.


* Support teammates and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
