We are currently looking for Vice President to join our Healthcare Biotechnology team in New York, NY.

This is a Managing Director track position.

A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:


* Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of investment banking experience; MBA degree and 3+ years of investment banking or closely related experience


* Experience working specifically in Biotech required


* Meaningful equity capital markets and M&A transaction experience required


* Ability to lead junior bankers throughout a transaction; includes reviewing work, setting expectations and providing constructive feedback


* Business writing skills, including the ability to write compelling selling memorandums and presentations


* Analytical and financial modeling skills


* Client management skills


* Ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders


* Exceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative and leadership potential
