Systems Security Manager - Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Work Schedule :

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Applicants hired into this position can work hybrid from WI or IL.

This will be discussed during the interview process.

Core Business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with Manager On-Call responsibilities.

This is a hybrid position of in-person and remote work.

We are seeking a Systems Security Manager - Identity and Access Management (IAM) to:


* Cultivate relationships across the enterprise to influence security strategies while maintaining business goals.


* Mentor and develop a team of talented Identity and Access Management professionals.


* Use financial acumen for general contract review, departmental budgeting, business justifications, and ROI, while considering risk and financial impact


* Innovate and refine IAM solutions and processes with a focus on customer service..


* Provide an in-depth knowledge of IAM best practices, Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), and systems such as SailPoint, Ping Identity, Epic, and Imprivata.

Education :

Minimum -


* Bachelor's Degree


* Four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below

Preferred - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field

Work Experience :

Minimum -


* Three (3) years of experience in planning and implementing mid to large scale security or technical projects


* Three (3) years of supervisory or management experience

Preferred -


* Extensive project management experience


* Five (5) years of supervisory or management experience


* Experience developing and supporting applications deployed in a 24x7 healthcare setting

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum - None

Preferred -


* CISSP


* Other security and/or technical certifications
