Senior Manager, International Reporting

Koch Capabilities Company (KCC) is seeking a Senior Manager - International Reporting to join the Controller's organization.
This role will create value by partnering across the Koch organization to develop and implement strategies for international financial reporting, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting, in alignment with our financial reporting strategies and stewardship framework.
We are seeking a highly motivated, economic thinker.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion and capability for reporting, compliance, and risk optimization, with strong collaboration and communication skills
What You Will Do
* Partner across capabilities and businesses to:
* Understand the overall landscape of international financial reporting requirements (e.g., ESG, consolidation, tax) and drive optimization
* Monitor global ESG reporting requirements and timelines
* Assess applicability and impact by business and jurisdiction
* Evaluate reporting readiness of people, process, data, and technology
* Identify and drive transformation opportunities
Key member of a cross-functional team (financial reporting, EH&S, legal) established to develop a support model which enables Koch businesses to meet existing and developing ESG reporting requirements
Support businesses in development, implementation, and ongoing ESG reporting
* Define content requirements in alignment with applicable reporting frameworks
* Develop model language and standard disclosure formats across multiple businesses and jurisdictions
* Organize data collection processes across the businesses and capabilities
* Partner with stakeholders to ensure technical and quality assurance of reporting
* Organize and execute required third party assurance engagements
* Execute required corporate governance processes for formal report adoption and submission
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Progressive career experience in an accounting, finance, or related role
* Financial reporting experience
* Leadership experience (team, project, transformation, etc.)
* Experience working collaboratively and building strong working relationships while bridging gaps to solve problems.
* Experience evaluating information and utilizing analysis to challenge others
* Experience working in a dynamic environment while being adaptable and leading through change and process improvements.
* Experience communicating complex topics across various audience and stakeholders.
What Will Put You Ahead
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business
* Experience with a multinational corporation
* Experience with ESG reporting standards and frameworks
* Manufacturing industry experience
* Project implementation or management experience
