We're looking for Social Media Specialist for our Cavite site!

What will you do?

Be trained and master all SE social media practices and platforms

Build and maintain the PS&S Global Marketing team's social media calendar and repositor

Social Post, Blog post, and Video Publication
o Coordinate, schedule, and plan social media posts using Sprinkler other SE platform

Blog

Reporting
o Feed all campaign communication data to Energy Management content and event tracking tool in AirTable

o Gather and report all social media engagement, engagement rate, follower counts, and numerous other social media metrics in monthly Business Unit Thought Leadership Reporting dashboard

Create and deploy social media posts for senior leaders and business VPs

Monthly Highlights

o Report key achievements, success / targets, news, etc.

to be embedded in monthly and weekly newsletter shared with countries, division, global marketing, etc.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree graduate

Experience:
• 1+ years specialist social media experience - external, internal, in house or agency

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English): capacity to write and articulate engaging content and well-crafted messaging aligned with business unit and its divisions.

• Good presentation / advisory skills - clear, concise thinking

• Good project management skills - able to organize work in a methodical and rigorous manner, but equally comfortable in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to enhance brand presence and engagement.

• Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.

• Passion for storytelling, learning and a commitment to quality and excellence

• Familiarity with graphic design principles and basic photo and video editing skills.

• Willingness to learn the "nuts and bolts" of the businesses our division global marketing team exists to support
Willing to work in Cavite, hybrid work set-up.
