Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a leader for BLUE KNIGHT™, a joint initiative between Johnson & Johnson Innovation - JLABS and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), within the U.S.

Department of Health and Human Services.

Preferred location is Washington, D.C.

Candidates may also be considered to be based at another JLABS location in the U.S.

(San Francisco, San Diego, NYC, Houston) or New Brunswick.

Remote candidates may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Candidates must be willing/able to travel to Washington, D.C.

BLUE KNIGHT™ supports early-stage companies globally, at the BLUE KNIGHT™ hub at JLABS @ Washington, DC; physically at JLABS locations across North America; and virtually around the world.

This position is externally funded and contingent upon the funding associated with the respective program.

This position will be responsible for setting the BLUE KNIGHT™ strategic direction; portfolio sourcing, selection, and management with a particular focus on companies with multi-use capabilities with commercial and preparedness applications; and oversight of all operational activities related to the collaboration with BARDA.
