Pharmacy Analytics Intern - Summer 2025

Where You'll Work

This Internship will be working with the Prospect Analytics Department with a focus on providing reporting and analytical support for the clinical, sales, and provider focused solutions.

This team utilizes pharmacy data to gather insights on prospective clients.

The intern will support departmental tasks and will be exposed to data analytics to enhance insights.

During the summer internship, you will have the opportunity to collaborate within your department and across the business while learning from some of our brightest and most innovative employees in your area of focus.

What You Will Do


* Gain valuable insights into the pharmacy industry and data analytics, enhancing your understanding of both.


* Conduct research on key topics related to pharmacy data and analytics, and present your findings to the team.


* Work on Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, improving and optimizing existing workflows.


* Enhance current analytical processes by applying new techniques and technologies.


* Collaborate cross-functionally with different teams to support the analytics department in delivering high-quality insights and solutions.


* Participate in hands-on projects that will directly impact the business and help drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications


* Rising junior or senior working towards a bachelor's degree.


* Preferred majors include Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or any related field.


* A GPA of 3.0 or above.


* Prior experience with SQL is highly desirable.


* Exposure to AWS, Python, or R is a plus.


* Strong attention to detail and an ability to think analytically.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


* A self-starter who is eager to learn, acquire new skills, and take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
