As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Deposit 2.0 team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way.

Job responsibilities



* Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.


* Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.


* Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and improve adequate resources.


* Effectively manage dependencies to ensure timely product development and collaborate with Product Owners to identify dependencies.


* Act as a liaison between the Deposit 2.0 product team, stakeholders, and functional partners.


* Proactively communicate with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify issues, create solutions, and drive efficiency improvements in the development process.


* Drive commitment from Partners to ensure Program execution success.


* Create and maintain Dashboards to track program's progress and identify potential bottlenecks and manage dependencies in Jira Align.


* Work on detailed dependency mapping to understand the intricate relationships between tasks.


* Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills to convey project status and insights effectively.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
