Sr Inventory Control Analyst

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


* Lead the forecasting and S&OP process for MRT with commercial and sales leaders within the company.


* Optimize internal inventory through a variety of reporting, data analysis, cycle counting, and sales forecasing.


* Within an assigned portfolio, coordinate the purchasing of finished goods including coordination of delivery to tollers where necessary.


* Drive performance of internal and external tollers by leading regular performance reviews.


* Ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained, striking a balance between inventory costs and on-time delivery rates to customers.

Key Qualifications:


* Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.


* 3+ years of previous experience in a supply chain function (demand planning, inventory management, strategic planning, supply planning, or similar).


* Prior experience working within an MRP or ERP system.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Prior experience in the specialty chemical or coatings industry.


* Experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power BI.
