Diversity Equity Inclusion Consultant

Work Schedule :

This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position that is scheduled to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

You will work remotely, but will need to be based in the Madison, WI area to attend some meetings and learning sessions/presentations in person.

We are seeking a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Consultant to:


* Leverage knowledge of adult learning principles and DEI to facilitate DEI learning sessions and presentations on a variety of topics across UW Health and UW-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health (implicit bias, microaggressions, etc.

with a focus on longitudinal learning roadmaps)


* Identify, design, and facilitate in person and using virtual technologies professional development and education for UW Health/SMPH staff and providers as well as support development of resources/tools to analyze and evaluate learning


* Continuously improve our brand by updating and revising documents and materials.


* Responsible for coordination of specific deliverables (e.g., DEI learning roadmap); managing workplan, timelines, resource prep, and administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling, presenting, coordination).

Qualifications



* Bachelor's Degree in organizational development, social work, healthcare administration, industrial engineering, or related field Required


* Four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to the experience below Required

Work Experience



* 2 years of experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program assessment, planning implementation, evaluation and facilitation Required


* Experience coordinating large and complex events or programs Preferred


* Experience in healthcare setting Preferred
