SP Mono Techno Leader

We are currently looking for Leader for Secure Power Mono-techno business (RAC) to lead Tendering + Solution Engineering function.

Reporting to the Business Head - One Execution Center (Energy Management Solution Center) .

The primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to): (related to Secure Power Business)

Market Mapping, Standardization of offers, maintaining Marketing Databases for DC, UPS, Colling, Racks, Batteries etc.

Define and implement strategy in coordination with Regions, BU, GSA/KAM

Order intake of BAU and strategic tenders for Secure Power

Building the commercial offers for strategic/ government tenders.

Build and create standard solutions for DC, UPS, Colling, Racks, Batteries etc.

Coordination of tender phase (all Unit functions) along with Solution Engineering

Partners selection and agreement finalization.

Solution Engineering for all the tenders in selling phase and for orders during execution phase

SUMMARY OF JOB:

This position is responsible for successfully delivering high quality BID on time, within TAT and based on the customer requirement and during execution deliver the solution.

The person must demonstrate excellence in Process and Tendering for critical application projects such as data centers for Secure Power BU equipment e.g.

UPS, Batteries, Colling/Chillers, Racks etc..

Person should be able to effectively communication at senior levels with key customers, project team, internal sale team and partners, and maintain a high profile with the business and project community to establish Schneider Electric's credentials as a reputable business partner.

• Work closely with all stakeholders and validate the opportunity and influence Go-No go decision.

• Mandatory check and use experience to validate if commercial T&C and Technical fitment.

• Put in Solution engineering mind to assess and support the opportunity.

Influence technical specification to suit the solution in line with SE.

CPP Process


* Process owner of CPP Process


* Internal bridge to Legal, Finance, OM, Procurement, Project Execution, SRM


* List down the activity with the name of activity owner, Create project schedule (or process charter) with date.


* Compliance to Solution Business Policy and governance


* Follow up with key stakeholder and make sure BID is coming out on time.

Co-ordination with Multi techno, PM and Procurement team


* Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholder such as Multi techno, PM and Procurement team and get the relevant details during bidding and execution
