Manufacturing Engineer

Schneider Electric has a fantastic opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer in our facility in Columbia, MO.

You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement efforts and actively contributing to Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to ensure consistent process robustness and quality compliance.

What will you do?


* Specializes in several areas of knowledge regarding production / manufacturing processes: process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, equipment controls design, and cost analysis.


* Strongly contributes to / leads continuous improvement actions.


* Participates actively to Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and is responsible for ensuring that process robustness continuously replies to the needs of quality.

Who will you report to? Engineering Manager

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Bachelor's degree in a field of Engineering required.


* Lean Manufacturing Knowledge.


* Experience in the areas of IT, systems and equipment controls.


* Experience in MS Access, MS Excel, Macros, SQL, and Tableau.
