Supply Chain Manager

Cornell Pump Company is a prominent leader in the centrifugal pump industry with over 75 years of experience and continuous growth.

Our manufacturing facilities located in Clackamas, OR, Vancouver, WA, and Rock Hill, SC allow us to serve diverse markets such as Agriculture, Industrial, Municipal, Rental, and Mining.

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team at our Clackamas office.

This is a full-time, exempt position, based 100% onsite.

We offer a competitive base salary range of $105,000 - $125,000, plus an opportunity for up to a 15% bonus plan.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

The Supply Chain Manager will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products.

This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of supply chain processes within the manufacturing industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Supply Chain Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the supply chain for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.


* Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms for the company, and carry out supplier visits and audits.



* Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.



* Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with sales and production teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and adjust supply plans accordingly.



* Quality Control: Implement quality control measures across the supply chain to maintain high standards of product quality and reliability.

Carry out / coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews with key Suppliers.



* Cost Management: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement strategies to achieve savings without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
