What you will do

This position will be accountable for enhancing the EMEA Essential & Skin Health material resiliency roadmap to future proof our material Supply Chain.

The position will report to the Strategics Programs Lead for Essential & Skin Health EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Material Resiliency and Material Supply Management Strategy across the region balancing inventory, supply and cost to set up a future proof material Supply Chain with optimized cost and service.

• Enhance the Material Resiliency Roadmap focusing on Business Continuity Plan, Dual Sourcing, Production Localization, Capacity Monitoring and agility improvements.

• Closely collaborate with the procurement team to influence the Sourcing Strategies and Market Engagement Programs to deliver the Material Resiliency Roadmap.

• Manage supplier relationship programs from a material side to improve sOTIF and reduce lead times.

• Proactively identify and address potential capacity gaps at suppliers.

• Closely collaborate with the local Material Managements Teams to build tools and process to simplify the Day to Day Material Management flow, update Inventory Entitlement Models to drive a Segmented Safety Stock approach, analyze and optimize call-off MOQs.

• Represent EMEA in Global Forums and leverage and implement global standards and processes.

• Support the local Material Supply Management teams to implement new Service Level Agreements.

• Perform Value Stream Mappings and implement best practices across the region.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

MBA, MS, or other advanced degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 8 years experience in Supply Chain is required.
