The NPI PLAN Analyst will be responsible for leading and supporting new product introduction (NPI) activities, interfacing between NPI Core teams and the rest of supply chain.

This position will support planning activities and processes to ensure the timely launch of both NPI and new variant products.

The NPI Analyst would facilitating clear communication between Global Strategic Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain, and plays a crucial role in aligning and documenting forecast, yield, and capacity assumptions, ensuring that all teams are on the same page.

An effective NPI PLAN Analyst would provide and update supply chain analytics and dashboards related to upcoming NPI's, calling out risks and facilitating cross-functional meetings to documents minutes, and follow up on mitigation actions.

This role is responsible for supporting the E2E NPI process and master data setup, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:


* Support NPI plan lead in E2E planning activities related to new product introduction, including, but not limited to: system setup, raw material purchasing, customs registration, demand planning, scenario planning, capacity management, reporting, etc.


* Process and track change orders in product lifecycle management (PLM) system to support setup of new products and variants to allow for on-time launch.
