Xanitos is hiring Temporary Nutritional Service positions (Cashier, Dishwasher, Cook, Food Prep, and Tray Delivery) at WVU Medicine Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.

Responsibilities:


* Prepares all work areas for operation, per task assignment.


* Produces and maintains quality food and beverage products.


* Prepares timely products, fresh throughout service and not in excess.


* Follows menu cycle.


* Provides quality services to result in customer/patient satisfaction.


* Greets customers, politely asks for order and efficiently serves customer.


* Is knowledgeable about food ingredients and allergens, asks cook or manager if unsure. 


* Follows and maintains Hospital Standards of Behavior. 

Qualifications:



* High School Diploma or GED preferred.


* Must have a valid Food Service Worker Permit (FSWP) from Monongalia County Health Department prior to starting OR obtain a Temporary FSWP no later than the first week of employment and a permanent FSWP within 1 month of start date (next available class).
