Job Description:

The primary purpose of this job position is to do referral management, pay source verification, and admissions set-up.

Will also obtain required information and admit residents in an efficient manner, in accordance with established policies and procedures, and as directed by your supervisor.

Successful Candidates :



* Skilled nursing/ post acute admissions experience required .
