has an immediate need for an Operations Lead in the SHIELD Project at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Military experience is a plus.

Hybrid work schedule.

There is a $4,000 Hire-In Bonus Available.

Description:

The Operations Lead will join the SHIELD Project Office within the Program Executive Office Missiles & Space (PEO M&S).

This role involves crucial responsibilities such as developing acquisition strategies, preparing work statements, creating evaluation plans, and aiding in vendor qualification.

The Operations Lead will assist in the budget preparation process, support Senior Acquisition Executive (SAE) oversight, and influence decision-making activities.

The role also includes extensive program execution oversight and maintenance, and enhancement planning, scheduling, and management activities.

Responsibilities:

P rovides expert, independent services and leadership in specialized technical areas for problem definition, analysis, and requirement development and implementation for complex systems in the subject matter area.

A ssist in developing and refining acquisition strategies and work statements.

Participate in the preparation and defense of budgets, ensuring alignment with program goals and compliance with governmental guidelines.

Analyze and recommend enhancements to program documentation, phase transition plans, and overall program execution strategies.

Conduct in-depth research and analysis on program trends, identify potential issues, and devise effective solutions.
