What You Will Do



* Knowledge share, coordinate, and communicate effectively to all levels


* Work independently or as a team with maintenance technicians and management


* Demonstrate effective and logical troubleshooting skills


* Understand and use data to improve productivity


* Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures


* Assist crew members and work in team environment


* Be willing to work in a hot, humid, cold, noisy, dusty manufacturing environment

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Advanced PLC programming skills (Allen-Bradley PLC 5 & Contrologix experience required)


* Ability to troubleshoot and maintain plant network systems


* Ability to troubleshoot, configure and repair all types of PLCs & HMIs


* Ability to troubleshoot, configure and install AC drives


* Ability to troubleshoot, configure and install process instruments


* Able to read assembly drawings, schematics, and equipment layouts


* Extensive PLC controls programming background to include servo experience, networked PLCs, and analog control


* HMI programming background to build new or modify existing HMIs on a variety of platforms


* Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)


* Must be able to lift 35 lbs

What Will Put You Ahead



* Knowledge proficiency with AutoCAD


* Two (2) year degree in a technical related field
