Onboarding Consultant

As our new Onboarding Consultant you are required to work closely with our clients, their trading partners and all departments within TrueCommerce who are responsible for developing and delivering the solution.  The consultant will have particular responsibility for working closely with our clients and their suppliers to get the suppliers onboarded to trade via EDI with their customers.

As an Onboarding Consultant you must be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and possess excellent customer service, business administration, communication, and organisational skills.

You will need good IT skills with a working knowledge of all Microsoft applications.

We also use our own in-house tools to support the process and training will be provided in using these.

We exoect you to be a team player with a positive and professional “can do” attitude, keen to learn new skills and capable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You should be able to demonstrate a capacity for problem solving and decision making and have the ability to plan and priorities your own work.

You will be responsible for contacting our clients’ trading partners and coordinating key project dates.

You will also be responsible for training and supporting new users and producing project documentation.

This role would be suitable for someone with some general administration experience looking to progress to a project management or professional services role in the future.

This is a remote position with up to 2 days office depending on operational needs.  Training and meetings as needed will be in person.

As an Onboarding Consultant, you will be responsible for:


* Review contracts and other project documentation to ensure the information provided to trading partners is correct and the requirements are clearly stated


* Ensure project requirements are provided to our clients and their partners in accordance with project and process timelines


* Ensure the project is scheduled with appropriate timescales


* Act as the primary contact for all clients & trading partners during the onboarding phase


* Ensure that project issues and any delays are escalated in a timely manner


* Create and communicate updates and to the client, partners and colleagues


* Liaise with all stakeholders, internal and external


* Keep documentation and records updated within the systems we use to monitor projects


* Create and Maintain project documents


* Provide team and individual KPI data

Qualifications/ Requirements:


* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word


* Excellent communication skills


* Strong admin skills


* Ability to organise your time and work to deadlines.
