As a Product Manager, Vice President in Firmwide Onboarding Acclimation, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.

Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.The Acclimation team is responsible for helping new hires get oriented to the firm, their location and role.

We focus on identifying opportunities to uplift the experience, look for ways to accelerate a new hires network and ensure new hires have high touch experiences at the key moments that matter.

In this role, you will reimagine and optimize the way the acclimation onboarding product is delivered to our customers including new hires, hiring managers and servicing specialists.

You will challenge the processes as they are today to create an optimal experience for the future - ensuring a blend between experience uplift and operational efficiency

Job responsibilities



* Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers


* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap


* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition


* Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability


* Partner with broader Onboarding products to be able to have visibility on timelines, highlight key dependencies, monitor blockers, and liaise with key stakeholders and functional partners.


* Prepare and share timely, compelling, fact-based analysis that explain the business "story" behind the product roadmap and delivered features.


* Be a coach and mentor to the broader Acclimation team on product best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives.
