Responsibilities:


* Assist the Program Manager with day to day operations of the program.


* Responsible for development and tracking of internal and client required metrics of the program.


* Lead a variety of meetings both internal and external.


* Responsible for leading the creation, monitoring, and analyzing of project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice and client requirements.


* Responsible for leading the tracking, analyzing, and reporting of information appropriately to allow the project manager to manage their projects and evaluate regular reports.


* Ensure accuracy of project schedules.


* Coordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reporting.


* Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity.


* Monitor projects' progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date.


* Maintain project risk register to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects.


* Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans.


* Lead the coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the PM and Controls Group to ensure resolution.


* Manage transportation projects through the GDOT PDP process.
